There are over 74 reasons why you should visit The Levy Business Park…

What are the reasons?

It is the over 74 retail shops found here!

Most of the businesses here are South African.

Among the shops found in the 28,000 square–metre complex includes the Stay Easy Hotel by the giant hotelier, The Southern Sun, multi–national chain store Pick 'n Pay, the combo of Edgars, Sterns, Mud Jeans, Jets, Exact, Fresh View and several other eating places.

And the Levy Park has a spacious car park to accommodate about 2,700 vehicles.

Found a stone throw away from the business centre, at the intersection of Church and Kabelenga roads, the levy Park was developed by National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) through Liberty Properties of South Africa and is the first shopping mall that combines offices, hotel and shops in the country.

Concerning this Project, the Liberty website says:

“The Levy Park is set to revolutionise the lifestyle of Lusaka. This new, mixed-use development represents Zambia's first fully enclosed mall.

With a cinema complex, two South African anchor tenants and a number of other leading international brands, the centre is billed as the country's prime retail destination; a place to see and be seen.

With emphasis on flow, the indoor mall culminates in a food court that, in turn, spills out into an atrium creating an internal oasis. It's a place where people work, shop, eat and play – a beacon in the community.’’

Indeed, the development will help decongest the central business district (CBD).
